With the intention of stimulating musical engagement throughout the Caribbean, endorsing and advancing musical direction, and producing a plan for extensive musical instruction that begins with the local environment. Work toward the goals of preserving this diversity and ensuring that everyone could learn, perform, and appreciate music. To achieve this goal, support the development and solidification of musical direction, youth training, the modernization and professionalization of musicians, community organization, intergenerational communication, and the affirmation of each context's unique creativity and cultural identity. CONTENT The directing master class will select 4 to 6 directors registered in the participant modality. These directors will have the opportunity to work as students during the directing master class.
